Tom is the Sr. Director, Content & Platform Strategy at Viacom Velocity, an in-house branded content studio within Viacom's Marketing & Partner Solutions division.  He works across Viacom’s networks such as MTV, Comedy Central, Spike (soon to be Paramount Network), VH1, CMT, TV Land and Logo.  Tom heads up Velocity’s Social Branded Content Partnerships team which develops collaborations between Viacom and socially native creators, studios and technologies.  He also oversees Velocity’s Social Talent Casting & Management team, which activates top creators for branded content campaigns.  Prior to that, he was an award-winning director and producer of music videos, commercials and digital series including the groundbreaking interactive video for Das Racist’s “Who’s That? Brooown!”, which was nominated Most Innovative Video by the MTV OMA’s and named an Official Selection at the Sundance Film Festival.  Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and a LEAD diploma in Corporate Innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
