As Executive Creative Director, AJ leads the campaign creative across all clients and new business efforts for Chicago to deliver holistic, innovative thinking designed to help brands thrive in the connected age.
Prior to R/GA, AJ was a VP at Leo Burnett, where she became an Emmy Award-Winning Creative Director for her work on the Always #LikeAGirl campaign. A leading model for purpose driven work, #LikeAGirl challenged gender bias, and struck an emotional chord that’s captured top over 100 million views worldwide, and top honors at industry shows, including 14 Cannes Lions.
AJ’s work exemplifies the changing landscape and helps brands thrive by creating culturally driven, integrated campaigns. Other recent successes include the #EqualDreams for Esurance in advance of the landmark for Supreme Court Ruling, and her work on the award winning Mean Stinks anti-bullying campaign for Secret.
She is a member of the Television Academy as well as AWNY Chicago. In the 2015, AJ was featured in the AdAge "Creatives You Should Know" Cannes Issue, and named most awarded copywriter by Adage 2015.
