Catharine Hays co-founded and was the Executive Director of the Wharton Future of Advertising Program from 2008 to 2018, building a network of more than 500 executives, innovators and academics and leading research collaborations with partners including Google, Facebook, Deloitte, Bloomberg, Forbes, Yahoo! Asia Pacific, Y&R Paris, and the ANA. Prior to Wharton, Hays led B2B international marketing, product management, strategy and corporate sales at AT&T. Her work has appeared in publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Forbes, Modern Advertising, The Drum, and Adweek, and has spoken at numerous industry conferences including Cannes Lions, NYC Advertising Week, and Forbes CMO Excursion.
