As Creative Director at R/GA New York, Jenna Niven works on a broad range of communication, platform and service innovation projects with a specialization in emerging technology. During her time at R/GA, she’s created award-winning work within the financial sector while focusing on bridging the gap between the creative, data science, and engineering disciplines.
With 10 years of industry experience, she’s worked across dozens of Fortune 500 companies to deliver integrated campaigns, and develop products and services that resolve complex business challenges for clients—including IBM, Netsuite, Microsoft, J.P. Morgan and Cisco. At the start of her design career, she taught herself how to code and cofounded a platform that provides consumers global access to Duty Free prices in a consistent currency.
Jenna completed a Bachelor of Arts, Multimedia Design from Curtin University in Australia and education remains a personal interest. Recently, she created a framework for integrating AI into the entire creative process, and she’s currently leading the creation of an educational course, Designing with Data for R/GA U.
