Marc is a creative lead and experience designer with a 20-year track record of crafting memorable brand experiences for global brands such as IBM, Intel and Nike. He currently leads the global experience design practice at Havas and the agency's creative engagement with IBM. He also recently helped set up Havas Cognitive, a new practice that helps brands build more valuable connections with customers using artificial intelligence.
Marc applies the power of user-centered design and cross-functional collaboration to craft highly personalized customer experiences that deliver immediate value and build trust. He is also a Maker at heart, who believes in minimizing assumptions by building prototypes and going live early and often to test new ideas.
Marc grew up in France, where he received an MS in Trilingual Translation and Interpretation and a BA in French Literature from Université de Paris La Sorbonne.
