Nate Pinsley is an internal entrepreneur at MINI who has led development of A/D/O from its conception as a creative community in Brooklyn. He oversees international expansion of A/D/O to Europe and Asia, building a network of interconnected design spaces with a research and exhibition program exploring the future of design. Pinsley speaks and writes on the intersection of culture, commerce and innovation and has built several mission-driven organizations prior to A/D/O. Previously, he led marketing for Pave.com, a financial technology startup aiming to address the student debt crisis, and directed social movement strategy at Purpose, an incubator for clients including Nike, Sierra Club, ACLU and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Pinsley began his career at McKinsey & Company, advising clients on marketing socially responsible products including electric cars and rooftop solar energy. He earned degrees in economics and psychology from Dartmouth College.
