VP P&C Marketing
Susan Tang is Vice President of P&C Marketing and also leads Strategy and Acquisition for U.S. Marketing. Within P&C, her team develops and activates marketing campaigns to engage consumers across digital channels and direct mail. Susan also leads the development of customer AV strategies and digital marketing practices across US business lines.
Susan joined MetLife two years ago and brings experience from commercial and global brand marketing. Previously, Susan was at Avon, where she led their global facial skincare portfolio and launched two new brands. Prior to Avon, Susan spent 11 years at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products where she delivered growth and managed P&Ls across Oral Care, Baby Care, & Wound Care. She led marketing and digital initiatives behind iconic brands such Listerine, Johnson's Baby, and Band-Aid.
Susan has an MBA from Wharton Business School and graduated cum laude from Harvard University. She is an avid tennis fan, budding rooftop gardener, and currently resides in Hoboken, NJ with her husband and two daughters, Elise and Chloe.
